Basic Description

Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs) are critical safety devices designed to automatically release pressure from vessels, pipelines, or systems when internal pressure exceeds the preset limit. Once pressure normalizes, the valve reseats and restores the system's sealed state. These valves are widely used to protect equipment in applications involving steam, air, gas, and liquid.
